Delete your account and data
Applies to the Android app com.dotivo.game
If you still have the app
- Open Dotivo
- Tap the settings icon on the home screen
- Scroll to Data
- Tap Delete account and data and confirm
Everything below is erased straight away. If you were signed in with Google, that sign-in is removed too — Dotivo keeps no record that the account ever existed.
Deleting your progress but keeping your account
You do not have to delete the account to clear what you have played. In the same place, Settings → Reset progress erases your game data and leaves the account itself alone, so you stay signed in and keep your purchases.
- Open Dotivo
- Tap the settings icon on the home screen
- Scroll to Data
- Tap Reset progress and confirm
Levels, stars, coins, hints and your streak are cleared on the device and in your cloud save at the same time — the cloud copy is overwritten rather than left behind, so the data does not come back when you next sign in on another phone.
If you have already uninstalled it
Email dotivolinepuzzle@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data.
Accounts in Dotivo are anonymous by default — there is no name or email attached unless you signed in with Google — so please include whichever of these you have:
- the Google address you signed in with, if you did; or
- the ID shown under Settings → Cloud save, if you noted it before uninstalling
Without one of those we have no way to tell which record is yours, and we will have to ask before we can act. We respond within 30 days and usually much sooner.
What gets deleted

| Game progress — levels, stars, coins, hints, streak | Immediately |

| Everything stored on your device | Immediately |
What we cannot delete
- Crash reports and analytics are aggregated and carry no identifier that can be traced back to a person, so an individual's records cannot be singled out. They expire on their own: crash reports within 90 days, analytics within 14 months.
- Google Play purchase history belongs to Google, not to us. Manage it in the Play Store, under Payments and subscriptions.
